Legal Question in Education Law in Florida
Florida Attendance Laws
I know of a woman who had children who were homeschooled but she failed to get their yearly reports into the school system due to financial and transportation issues. These children are are now 20 (in college) and 18 about to begin college. Can she be prosecuted for this although the problems occured in the past?
