In Florida, can a Highschool student press charges on a school they previously went to for past emotional, mental trauma, refusing to follow special needs services, and the school making a false claim about dietary accomodations?

There are not enough facts about what happened and, most importantly, when it happened, to answer the question. There is also not enough information about the claimed damage and their connection to specific conduct. Generally, yes -- but that is an extremely qualified "yes".
