Legal Question in Education Law in Florida
Im being forced to work by my father.
I am only 20 years old and attending a 2 year college. I work Monday through Friday at my regular job, but on the weekends my mother's husband is forcing me to work at his business. I am not receiving any pay, but if i do not work at his business on the weekends i have to leave my house.

Re: Im being forced to work by my father.
It seems your step father wants payment for rent ( and food ?) from you in order to live at the home. The work is in lieu of money. You say it's your home, but is the home in your name? If not, it looks like you either agree to pay rent from your regular job, work for him, or find a place on your own.
