injury while in school
my child was in injured at his school and the teacher refused to call fire rescue and did not reported to the admin office. what is my option?

I recommend you notify the school principal of what happened and send a copy of the medical bill along with it and request that the school's insurance co contact you. Do this by certified mail, return reciept requested to prove notice.
If the injury is significant, contact an attorney.
