Legal Question in Education Law in Florida
What are my rights?
I am attending a private University and I take classes online. I had signed by electronic signature a term of agreement form. I want to back out of the school because they keep giving me estimates of what the school will cost and will not give me the set stone amount. Can I legally back out even though I signed a legal bidding contract?

Re: What are my rights?
Perhaps. Read your contract. Talk to the admissions people. The fact that you signed electronically is irrelevant.
