Legal Question in Education Law in Florida
university negligence
Can I sue my university for negligence or suffering? They are causing me to graduate a semester late because they decided to cancel a class I had registered for without telling me and will not allow me into the other section of the class because it is now full. I will now have to return to the University for a whole semester for one class, which gets them more money. Isn't this wrong?

Re: university negligence
It is perhaps unfair, but I don't see a way to pursue any claim against the University.
