My 82-year-old mother may not be able to return to her N. Miami Condo again. She is presently
in a Rehab Center but expressed a desire not to return to her condo which leaves are isolated
from other people. The Condo is in her name. I am her daughter and have the Power of
Attorney. What do I have to do in order to sell her condo?

If you have a Power of Attorney you should be able to sell the house just like you normally would as if it were your own. If your mother is incapacitated (not of sound mind), the Power of Attorney needs to be a Durable Power of Attorney. Start by contacting a real estate agent.
