My aunt and cousin lives in my mothers house, my aunt pays a little rent without a lease and my cousin and her daughter has been staying there for over a year and refusing to help with anything. Yesterday, the bank manager called me and said my mother who is in the throws of dementia and doesn't drive as her license was recently revoked, was there with her sister and niece. My mother was not at all speaking and the others were requesting the withdrawal of all funds and closure of accounts and in depth info on all investments. He said to the 2 that he could only release such info to me or my mother, if she were to ask for it. He said to me that they indicated to my mother, but when he asked her she wouldn't answer him. He sent them on their way without anything. His advise to me is to call the police!

Have the cousin and the daughter ejected (you would file an ejectment rather than eviction since she pays nothing). Then have a very stern conversation with the Aunt who is living there. As to your mother, I suggest you immediately get guardianship papers on her so that NO ONE can remove her from her home and that THEY OR ANYONE ELSE can touch her assets.
