Legal Question in Elder Law in Florida

I am concerned about my parents welfare,as my eldest Sister has talked my father into a poa,and has lied to my father, and convinced him that I am not his biological child. My Dad says I need a Dna,which I know isn't true. My Father is of sound mind, but fights w/my Mother all the time. She has expressed fearfulness of him on a few occasions. While my Mother was in the hospital,my father took all her money out of the account my Grandmother left her.She has held onto this for over 25 yrs,and intended to save it for all her shildren. My Sister also set up a trust w/ my parents names on it,shortly after my Uncle died.I could tell by my Dads reaction when she told him, that he wasn't aware of what she had done, untill she told him. She was supposed to act on my Dads behalf, but didn't. My dad has said that he didn't like how she handled it. Shortly thereafter, she had moved all of my Uncles antiques into her home, bragging about her "inheritance". Then she started passing out my Uncle's property to her two children, and my Dad got so disgusted by this, all he wanted to do is leave. She has also abandoned my Mother at the hospital, and told her to "take a cab home" when my Dad was sick. Also, when my Mother was hospitalized, and she started getting better after arriving home, she discovered that my Sister(or) dad had taken all of her money out of her purse. My dad now controls her money, and my Sister has taken over all of their accounts. My Mom told me she didn't know why she was doing this to them. My Mom has grown very distrustful of her and my Dad. I believe my Sister is using my parents money for her self. She has even acquired most of my Uncle's assets,as my Dad was sick when she got poa for that too. Now, the financial advisor for my Uncle has gotten ownership of my uncle's estate, and Quit claimed it to one of her relatives. What can I do to keep my Sister from cleaning my parents of their life savings ?

Good heavens what are you waiting for!!!! Get an attorney - have the POA removed for undue influence and get your assets back.
