Custody of an aging parent
My sister has taken our 80 year old Mother into her home and is mentally and verbally abusing her. How can I get custody of my Mom and save her from this abuse?

Contact the department of famalies (DCF). you can get information at myflorida . com . There are state agencies that assist in protecting the aged from abuseive conduct.
