I have an elderly aunt that is 90 yo. Her son and his wife moved in because he lost his job. Now that he found a new job they are staying behind without paying any bills. In addition she is complaining bitterly to my elderly mom that both are constantly mistreating her verbally. What kind of advice can you give me about this?

If aunt has capacity mentally she can file a action for unlawful detainer against son and court can issue writ to have him removed by sheriff. As to the abuse - that should be reported to Law Enforcement - if son is arrested there will be a no contact order and son will have to move.
