my father passed away last month and my sister took care of everything. I was adopted as a child and I found out he did not have a Will. Can the Will be changed by her and since I am a daughter Don't I get something and if there was no will like I was told do we probate. Thank you.

Your sister cannot change your father's will. If you were legally adopted by your father, you are entitled to a share of the estate and are considered a blood daughter just like your sister. You may be required to probate the estate, depending on the nature of the assets, the total value of the estate and how the assets were titled at your father's death.
