guardianship
My father has dementia and is in a rehab health center. He is just there, and cannot do anything for himself. He has no power of attorney or anything. (I think that his wife did but she just passed last summer). I just found our he is not receiving some pensions for about 3 years. I want all the money he is owed to go to the home he is in, but no agency will help me, because I have no guardianship papers. How do I start this process. Thank you very much
