Guardianship vs power of attorney
An eighty-three old lady in in a nuraing home. One relative has a Power of Attorney and another relative has a Limited Guardianship. Who is in charge?

This question cannot be answered without first reviewing the 2 documents. It also depends on what you mean by "who is in charge". You need to define in charge of WHAT. Both POAs and Limited Guardianships can be very limited or very broad to what powers are granted, depending on how they are written.
