Intestate florida
My fatherinlaw died Aug. 3rd. His only asset was a 1983 buick. We would like to give the car to the maintenance worker who helped us clean out his federally funded apartment. The car is only worth $100 or so.
We do not wish to incur the expense of legal representation or costly documents to simply transfer a car from the deceased to a good samaritan. Possible?
Thank you.
