ira inheritance
two children left as beneficiaries of an IRA, what is the best way to rollover this ira . Must this be placed in a trust for the kids or can this be rolled over to a guardian w/o paying taxes .

I do not believe that it is taxable to the kids. Check with an accountant or at irs . gov
