Looking for a lawyer who specializes in the elderly, working for the elderly. A clients' estranged children are now trying to find her incompetent and she is not. Lots of family money involved. how do I start?

If there is lots of family money, I have to assume there is a trust involved. As long as her physicians state that she is mentally stable, it will be hard for them to get control.
