Living trust
1. must orginal copy of trust be held at an attorneys office or courts won't accept it.
2. if orginal is held by person/family wiil courts accept it.
3. if held by family and orginal is lost but have hard copy or is held on computer, will courts accept this

Your questions really beg the true question, and that is what is behind your questions. That is because generally when you have a living or revocable trust the courst are never involved. In all parts of your question, you infer that the court system is involved in some fashion. If you are looking for a method by which to contest a trust, or someone is trying else is attempting to do that, it will be important to understand all of the facts and circumstances before being able to answer any questions.
