moms condo
my mom is going into a nursing home, she has no assets except the condo we live in... i am joint tenets W/R/S on her condo (her son) her income is 1000.00 a month SS...whats going to happen to the condo? its worth about 30k...thank you!

If this is what you are asking, in Florida, a person may qualify for Medicaid and still own a homestead. At death the home would not be subject to any claims of Medicaid. In your case, holding the home as JTWROS, it would pass automatically at death to you.
