Re: mother declining health

You have the right to petition a the court in the county where your mother lives to be appointed guardian of your mother's person and property. By doing so, and once appointed, you are in control of your mother and all of her financial/property matters. I recommend that you act quickly in order to avoid her entire estate being squandered. You may contact us for a free initial consultation if you wish to pursue guardianship.
