My mother is in a nursing home in Va but I live in Florida. I have POA and was wondering if I could set up a personal service contract agreement between us. I would put the money into an annuity to pay for serviced rendered as caretaker of the estate, landlord, and for the sale of her home. Is this possible because we live in two different states.

What does your POA state. You may not have the power to do so.
