i, her older daufgter was executor of her estate. my mom was dying of cancer n passed june 14,10 i never saw a copy of will. my sister made her go against me n changed ger will may 2009. how do i obtain a copy. my mom made her executice n never heard anything since. my sister put her house 4 sale n took all possessions

The will must be filed at the courthouse after someone dies. You can get a copy there.

If your sister did not probate your mom's estate, then file a Petition for Summary Administration without leaving a will and force her to comply.
