We have posted our property for No Trespassing and we still have neighbors coming unto our property at night. We have cameras instilled and have a picture. Can we prosecute these trespassers using the State's Attorney or do we have to hire a lawyer?

Why did you post this in "elder law"? You report tresspassing to the police, and the State's Attorney may file criminal charges against the tresspassers. You provide your evidence to the police to assist them in making an arrest and to the State's Attorney to assist them in prosecution. You are not a party to the criminal proceding and do not need your own lawyer.
