Power of Attorney in Florida
My father was recently injured in an auto accident and has been deemed incapable of making his own decisions. How do I get a power of attorney to help him handle his financial and personal affairs?

If he is incompetent, then he cannot validly sign a power of attorney. You would need a guardianship. That is a bit more complicated.
