power of attorney
My mother signed a durable power of attorney. Named on that was myself and my brother. She later revoked that naming only me on the revocation. What is status of the POA? - Is whole POA revoked or just my part of it? Is my brother still legal on the document????
Thank you

Re: power of attorney
It is difficult to tell without seeing the document. When revoking a POA it is necessary to inform the Attorneys in Fact of the revocation, so perhaps what you have received is a notice. If the POA is revoked, then your brother should have also received a notice.
