Upon asking about the possible recourse for victims of Munchausen Syndrom by Proxy, I received an answer that stated the victim could use for battery. Where could I find a lawyer to assist my elderly relative with this action? What conditions would have to be present to prevail in such an action?

If your elderly relative is being abused you need to contact the Elder Abuse Hotline and also need to file a report of abuse with the police department.
