resing to power of attorney title
My sister appoint me as his power of attorney for 2 years. I do not want to have this title anymore. How can I
get out without involve her.

You may refuse/decline to act as someone's attorney-in-fact under a power of attorney. Send your sister a letter telling her that you decline to asct as her attorney-in-fact under the power of attorney dated_________. Mail this letter by certified mail, return receipt requested. Keep a copy of the letter and return receipt.
