In a word, no. A Power of Attorney creates the ability for the attorney-in-fact (you) to act on behalf of the principal (your parents). It allows you to bind them to contracts and conduct their financial affairs. It does not generate personal liability for you, except insomuch as you may have acted outside of your authority pursuant to the terms of the Power of Attorney. Even then, though, the only person who could make a claim against you would be your parents.

Only if your parents sue you for acting outside of your authority.
