My sister and I were joint power of attorney for my father. His sister got him to sign over POA to her with out revoking or notifying either of us POA holders. She has looted his bank accounts. My father has since revoked his sisters POA and Named me as POA. She was notified via restricted delivery certified mail. what can be done to her for the money being taken. Have documented proof the money was not used to benefit him
