How to stop a group of neighbors from shining bright lights into my windows for over a year?

I can only make certain assumptions because there are many facts to consider. First, are they intentionally shinning a light your way? If so, you could call your local police and file charges for harassment, trespass, and so forth. If the light is simply shining naturally through a window, you are more limited in any claims, but you still might have some based on the full facts. Contact an attorney for specifics that could help you out.
