Taking advantage of the elderly
Hello, My girlfriends grandfather has alzheimers disease and he lives with his wife, the family recently discover that their neighbor has been taking advantage of the elderly man, offering to wash the car then taking it for a joy ride, or asking for money for supplies that arent needed is there any law against that ?
