Legal Question in Elder Law in Florida

Three years ago I fell in love with a woman 13 years my junior.

I have my own home and She wanted to move in with me and would agree to move in with under the condition She could remodel the inside of the home. After much conversation I allowed her to do so but let her know I had no funds to help which was true. She told me not to worry.

After She moved in She asked if I would sign a quit claim deed. I refused. She said it was in case something happened to me She could get the house. I have never had any intentions of leaving her the home nor have I signed any contracts with her at all.

I have refused to sign anything due to letting her know that I was never responsible for anything She has done. However in fairness I am paying some of her bills and in return She has paid the electric bill due to her hot flashes and having the AC on at 72 degree. For the last 2 years She has become verbally abusive haz made my life miserable with her demands and severe nagging. I am on the point where I cant take it any longer. It is affecting my health and ability to work. I am 68 yrs. of age and we are still not married.

My question is how do I Iegally ask her to leave without threat of being sued?

Since you are not married and not charging her rent, you will need to file an EJECTMENT. Once she has been served the sheriff can remove her from the property. If she wishes to challenge the ejectment she will be able to do so in court but since you own the house I don't believe she will have much standing. You will need to produce your receipts for the time she has lived there to show that she is not due any funds. From what I am reading she will come at you like a crazed cat.
