aerobics video contract between artist - production company - investor

Hi. I went to findlegalformscom to look for a contract that I could use for my upcoming video project. (I want the contract to state that my investor will be putting up $7000 dollars for the production of my aerobics video (it also includes costumes for my dancers and myself) and also that Saga productions (the company) will do everything that they include in the proposal (amount of cameras/editing/etc.) and they will not ask for the rights of the video when it is done. Also, that the investor and myself will split the sales of the video 50/50 off of my website and when I sell it at fitness festivals/etc. . ..Which form do I choose for this????

Try http://forms.lawguru.com and click on the Entertainment Law link. There are many forms and packages of forms there that you should be able to use. If not, you should probably consult an entertainment lawyer in your area.
