under age entertainment

I am in the middle of a divorce my husband has a radio show and spoke about the divorce and me negatively on air. He want the children to be on his show and I do not. Do the children need permission to do entertainment work such as be cohost to his show form both parents

It probably depends on how old the children are. If they are 18 or older, then they don't need permission. Below that you can make the argument in court, but a court will look to perceived harm/benefit to the children.
