Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida
I have a band that consists of 5 members. On October 31, 2009, we signed a contract with an individual to "manage" our band. On that date, two of the band members were under the age of 18 and to this day, one of those two still is. Is this contract voidable due to that information? We would like to be freed from this contract.

The contract is voidable by the minors. However, if you are not a minor, it is not voidable by you. I sugest you have an attorney look at the contract.
