Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida
Hi! Im in a band and we wanted to put on a free show to everyone that lives in our area in a public park nearby (all songs we play are original and written by us). We arent going to sell merchandise and we arent going to charge people to see us nor accept tips, its all free. I was wondering if i was going to need a permit to do this, and if so, how do i get one?

I believe you will need a temporary use permit. Contact the Planning and Community Development Department (assuming you are looking to perform in Wakulla County).
