contract dispute
what is a reasonable time period for a company to produce proof of a signed contract in dispute. if they cannot produce that contract in a reasonable period of time does that make that agreement null and void?

If that is their evidence and they cannot produce it, then whatever it might have said is inadmissible. Called "best evidence" but there can be exceptions. For this type of dispute you need an attorney and if you don't have one, please confer quickly.
