I need to sign a contract with a sponser for the pba but his consern is that i am not able to sign a contract do to me being relased from the us navy for mental reasons and he states because of that reason any contract that i sign is non invoid because of the mental discharge so please let me know if this is and if so how can i get around that

I would have to learn more about your mental capacity to determine whether you are legally incompetent. Has a guardian been appointed by any court to represent your interests or act on your behalf? The standard for discharge from the military may be entirely different than the standard relative to being declared legally incompetent for lack of mental capacity. Seek the advice of counsel and good luck.
