copyright

i am thinking about using a line from a

song that i heard recently as the title

for my book. would i be able to do this,

or would i have to at some point in the

novel give credit to both the band and

the songwriter?

Re: copyright

I don't think you could do this without permission from the owner of the copyright to the song lyrics.

Merely giving credit is not sufficient without permission.
