Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

I have recieved information from a friend that is incarcerated that he would like me to pretty much run his music company. In which he has included a Spsecial Power Of Attorney And, A Contingency Contract. I have read and understand both of these forms. Still, i'm not 100% sure of the creditibility and, legality of this information/request. Please reply informing me of my best way of going on about proceeding into this position.

You should have an attorney review the contract and power of attorney. You need to know the full extent of the authority you are being given, and the extent of any liability. Before you accept this offer you should conduct a full audit of all contracts and obligations the company is currently subject to or obligated under.
