Internet betting

I'm really not sure what law this would be under , but anyway , i was wandering , what is the laws for internet betting? i live in florida and i know there are many didferent laws for different states, so i need to know what are the guide lines are or if any. and what laws are there for offshore betting? atleast sports betting, is really what i want to know , so if you can help me please. thank you for your time, and thank you for your help....

If betting is illegal in your state, (In Florida yes) internet betting is illegal. As a practical matter congress just discussed this issue and law enforcement was adament about not going after individual betters. Still proceed with caution.
