Tribute show to Johnny Cash? What

kind of royalties do I need to pay

other than ASCAP/ BMI.

It would really depend upon the nature of your show. Are you just singing his songs or dressing in style and/or mimicking his performance? Is it for charity or profit? How far you go from mere public performance and a First Amendment expression toward trading off or violating the Estate's rights of publicity is an analysis that should be made only by an experienced attorney.
