Legal name change
I was married and divorced in the state of Florida. I've kept my ex-husband's last name for my son's sake. I am about to become very wealthy in the entertainment world. Because I use his last name , does that entitle him to any fortune, or can he sue me for using his last name?

No, you had the legal right to keep his last name or change it to your prior name when you got divorced. Your keeping his last name gives him no right to any money you earn after the divirce.
