Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida
misleading representation
I recently had a ''potential'' business partner hand write a ''contract'' and used my live-in roommate to ''witness'' this contract of his. I am a notary and I know I connot notorize my own contract and he isn't a notary at all. Things did not go according to plan and he is trying to hold me to this piecemeal ''contract.'' Does this ''contract'' hold any merit? He is trying to claim that it is ''iron-clad.''
