I'm a Model- Ex Agent Refusing to Pay

I worked a 2 jobs amounting to $50,000 (Nov & Dec of 07) and have not been paid for the bookings from my former Talent Agency. It was always a hassel to recieve the payments from them which is why I fired them. They wrote me a letter saying they would pay and an email from the COO saying money was being overnighted..it never came. What can I do..9 months ago a $200 check bounced!

Many models and former emolyees have filed suits againts her (Irene Marie Models) she has this reputation-affraid she's running out of money. Advice...

Get in line cuz it is now your turn to sue. If this agency has such a bad past, why is anybody with it?

Looks like the agency may be buying time to go out of business and/or file for bankruptcy. You best get an attorney in your area to get started on the case.
