Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida
If I take photos of sports figures (baseball, football players in the field of play) would I be able to sell them to people who want to buy them from me?

Generally in Florida the photographer owns the rights to the picture. You are not permitted to use the photos as an endorsement or promotion without the consent of the subject in the photo.
