Private Clubs in Florida

How can I find the laws governing adult clubs in Florida, Sarasota or Manatee Counties. Trying to determine what is and is not legal for private club, not open to public, on private property. This will be exclusive, members only, no signage. Can not locate any information. What I do find, talks about signage, what can be on it, etc. There must be a place I can research this information and determine how to move forward on project. Any direction you can give would be appreciated.

You may find information in the City of_____ Code or Ordinances, the County Ordinances or finally the Florida Statutes. Go to a local law library and ask at the desk and the librarian will show you where the materials are.
