Can I tape and sell an event in a private karate school graduation?

Recently I taped the graduation of a private karate school (my kid attends the school). I am trying to deal with the school for selling a DVD created out of the tape (mostly to the parents). Do we need a release for every kid (guardian) involved in the graduation?

You are running in risk in not obtaining their release since the tape will be used for commercial purposes. Get the release now, it makes life easier later.
