Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Florida

tournaments

I was asked by my local bar to hold a run a foosball tournament every week. there will be an entry fee. I have played in a few and the bar and I were wondering what laws we have to abide by to run them. could you help me out? I heard that the bar has to match the entries or somthing like that.

It would be easier to get some additional facts from you rather than speculating on the exact game you propose. It should not be a big problem if you just adhere to a couple of rules, but again, give some details.
