Unauthorized use of Person in Video
Last week a piece of b-roll footage of me was used in a paid hospital video segment There is no signed release or authorization to use the video.
What can I do?

Re: Unauthorized use of Person in Video
You have the right to sue them to get an injunction against using the video for the use of your likeness without your permission. If use of the video has somehow damaged you financially, you can sue them for damages.
